Things i Love

Things i Love

A peak inside my creative toolbox.

I'm always trying something new, whether it's a creative tool, a clever bit of software, a new art supply or something that makes running my little business a whole lot easier.

And when I find something I genuinely love, I can't help but share it!

So consider this my little corner of the internet for all the things I'm using, loving and recommending along the way.

Some are creative essentials, some help with the businessy bits and others are simply things that make me happy.

Have a little browse. You might just discover a new favourite!

Where the creative magic happens!

From designing digital products and illustrating new ideas to creating templates and experimenting with different techniques, these are some of the tools I reach for when it's time to make something.

THE DIGITAL TOOLBOX

  • Canva

One of my go-to tools for creating digital products, templates, printables and so much more. It's beginner-friendly, versatile and a great place to start bringing your ideas to life.

  • Kittl

A creative design platform I enjoy exploring for typography, graphics and experimenting with new design ideas.

  • Affinity

For when I want more control over my designs and illustrations. A handy addition to my creative workflow, especially for projects that need a little extra flexibility.

THE BUSINESSY BITS

Making the behind the scenes a little easier.

Creating is the fun part, but there's also a whole lot that goes into running a creative business!

These are some of the platforms and resources that help me organise, share, market and sell the things I make.

  • Flodesk

The email marketing platform I use to stay connected with my audience, send newsletters and share new resources and projects.

  • Teachery

A lovely platform for hosting workshops, courses and learning resources, without making the tech side feel more complicated than it needs to be.

  • Squarespace

The new home for my website! I've been enjoying the process of bringing everything together into one creative space that feels more like me.

  • EverBee

A research tool I've used to explore Etsy product ideas, understand what shoppers are looking for and make more informed decisions about what to create.

I only share things I genuinely use, enjoy or believe could be helpful. And of course, you never need to purchase anything to enjoy creating!
